The luminaries move by appointed courses. At the edges of the world, celestial portals mark their passage while the inhabited earth rests above hidden hollows and a deeper abyss where transgressing stars remain bound.
Drawn from the cosmological visions of 1 Enoch, this framed canvas gathers the ordered heavens, the four hollow places, and the bound stars into a single old-world cosmological rendering in deep indigo, mineral blue, aged ivory, and antique gold.
Details:
• Printed on a substantial 300–350 gsm cotton-polyester canvas.
• Mounted on FSC-certified wooden stretcher bars.
• Outer frame made from sustainably sourced poplar or pine.
• Recessed canvas presentation creates a subtle gap between the artwork and frame.
• Hanging hardware included.
The courses remain appointed.
